CANCELLATIONS

Freya has a 24 hour cancellation policy. We get it – life happens and things come up sometimes! If you do need to cancel, reschedule, or change services for an appointment, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time. Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and this allows us the opportunity to accommodate other guests in that time slot. Frequent last minute cancellations or changes may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

No Shows will be charged 100% of the service price.


Late arrivals

If you are running late, please call our front desk to let us know. We will accommodate late arrivals as best we can. If there is not enough time left to complete your full service before the next guest’s scheduled time, you may be asked to reschedule or reduce the services you receive that day.

Our 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all late arrivals.


SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

If you have any issue with your service or results, please contact us within 7 days to schedule an adjustment. Our stylists are talented, highly trained, and hard-working professionals, and we all want you to love your hair! Services can not be refunded once rendered, but your original stylist will be happy to adjust your cut or color at no charge if something feels off. Only your original stylist knows what was discussed in your consultation, what color formulas were applied, or which cutting techniques were used, and so only your original stylist can perform a free adjustment.


PRODUCT RETURNS

Products that are at least 2/3 full may be returned for store credit within 30 days from purchase date..


Help reduce the amount of new plastics being put out into the world’s landfills! Bring your empty KEVIN.MURPHY shampoo and conditioner bottles back to be refilled.

A few things to note:

  • 8.4 oz KEVIN.MURPHY washes & rinses only.

  • Refills cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Bottles should be clean and empty. Partial refills will be charged as a full bottle.

  • Broken caps or cracked bottles mean it’s time to buy a brand new one!
